What window cleaning tools do you use?
+There are several tools that can be used. For traditional window cleaning, a cleaner would use a professional grade squeegee and window mop that will vary in size. If the window is hard to reach an extension/telescopic pole may also be used. A sturdy bucket and handle always help as well, that, of course, contains water and/or solution that will be used to clean the windows. A window cleaner will often use a BOAB (Bucket on a Belt). Handy for holding one’s squeegee and window mop while not in use. A window scraper/razor blade, steel wool, various hand tools such as nut drivers and screwdrivers will also be found inside a cleaners cleaning kit. Ladders are often used and can vary in length dependent upon what is required for a specific window or area to be serviced. For detailing a window after being cleaned a cleaner has options, detailing rags range from microfiber to cotton surgical rags to terry cloth. For sun/bug screen cleaning a brush made specifically to remove dirt from the mesh material of the screen is used, this would be the (dry) option. For heavier dirt/dust build-up, a simple hose and nozzle will do along with a light solution to clean screens free of dirt and debris. Medium to soft-bristled brushes is also handy for removing dirt/debris from window casements as well as window tracks.

What products does your cleaning crew use?
+Some products used vary from Dawn Dish soap to Commercial Grade proprietary blends and solutions. There are also natural/pet/child/environment-friendly solutions that exist in the marketplace to be mixed with water and used for the traditional window cleaning method listed above.
-
Why should I get my residential windows cleaned? Why should I hire a window cleaner?
+It pays to maintain your windows! Because in the end a cleaning twice a year saves you big time on the back end and prolongs the life/condition of your pre-existing windows. Equated commonly to teeth, windows need to be cleaned or they can literally decay right out of the frame in some instances. The other advantage to regular window cleaning service is not allowing hard water to develop on your windows. This can take away the presence of a nice, clean, and clear window and leave you with a mineral build-up that would require restoration, which again is more costly to you the customer.
-
What does your window cleaning services include?
-Our window cleaning services include the cleaning of tracks, sills, frames, and glass inside and out. As well as post-construction/remodel cleaning, sun/bug screen cleaning, hard water removal/window restoration, window treatments, high dusting/house fans, deep insets, and ledge dusting. Then finally we change hard to reach bulb replacements.

Best way to clean windows?
+The best way to clean a window would perhaps vary between cleaners, but for us, we believe in using the traditional method. Simply put a squeegee and window mop are the way to go. The silicone blade that slides into the aluminum channel is what cleans our windows and is the method used most of the time. Another way to clean windows or a lot of windows at once would be using a water fed pole system. This system would be hooked up to a hose spot and from there all minerals in the water are removed through a multi staged filer system. Tubing from the filtration system feeds up an extension pole to a bristled brush which has jets where the clean water runs through and out onto the window. Using a scrubbing motion with the pole this will break free any dirt/debris along with multiple rinses, allows a squeaky-clean air-dry shine due to the fact that all minerals have been removed.
-
How long can it take to clean windows?

+Solar panel cleaning should be on your list of things to do at least once a year. Cleaning maintenance twice a yeaer is best. Be sure to monitor yor systems power generation throughout the year to determine when the solar panels are not as efficient as they were the same time last year. Remember, with different seasons and times of year the sun is in a different location and has a direct affect on power generation.
-
When is the best time to clean solar panels?
+We would recommend solar panel cleaning maintenance to take place after the monsoon. Arizona's monsoon season brings high winds and dust that can cover your panels in dirt. Spring time is also another great time of year to clean. The sun is getting warmer and you want to have nice clean solar panels throughout the summer time when the sun will generate the most power for your system.

What is the best way to clean solar panels?
+Solar panels are best cleaned with purified water. Window cleaning tools can be a good way to clean solar panels also, but a water fed system is the best. Using poles with gentle bristles to agitate the dirt and rinsing down with pure water afterwards will produce the best cleaning result. If you have a pressure washer that can be used in conjunction with purified water is the fastest!
-
Should I use tap water to clean solar panels?
-NO! This is the worst thing you can do. The tap water is full of particles and chemicals like calcium that can damage and stain your solar panels. We never recommend cleaning with tap water.
